W32・12M Series Outdoor Permanent Magnet High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker

With the rapid development of power grid construction, there is an increasing demand for reliable and safe power supply, as well as higher requirements for distribution network operation and the need for feeder automation (FA) construction. The application of single-function primary equipment in distribution networks is increasingly revealing its inconveniences. Therefore, from the perspective of the development of the distribution network system, it has become imperative to develop a series of intelligent integrated switches (FTU/TTU) that utilize modern electronic technology, communication technology, computer technology, sensor technology, and network technology to integrate real-time information, offline information, user information, and grid structure parameters of the distribution network. These switches are equipped with fault detection, protection control, automatic measurement, modern communication, and event recording functions, enabling automatic interruption of fault currents and rapid isolation of distribution faults. Based on this concept, our company has developed the ZW32-12/M permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker, which is widely suitable for urban power grids as a switching or interconnection device, or for rural distribution systems as an outdoor substation outlet switch, effectively capable of breaking and closing load currents and short-circuit currents. The integrated measurement, protection, control, and communication functions fully meet the requirements of distribution automation systems.
Due to the application of multiple patented technologies in the ZW32-12/M outdoor permanent magnet high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker, it offers many advantages: no SF6, no oil, minimal environmental impact, and environmental friendliness; compact unit size, lightweight, and easy pole-mounted installation; the intelligent control unit is compact and suitable for simple installation below the pole, allowing switch operation control within a range of 100 meters; suitable for both local operation and remote control in urban and rural power grids; aside from battery and capacitor replacement every 6 to 7 years, the circuit breaker body is maintenance-free for life.
